A fun and energetic week where children learn about God’s story of redemption
This event is for 3-5 graders of Grace Community Church in Sun Valley, CA.
Location: Lakeview at Forest Home Christian Camps. Cost: $295 ($340 After November 24)
As this is a Grace Church event for 3-5 graders, Grace Church members and regular attenders will receive priority registration. If you are a visitor, please sign up to join the waitlist.

Make sure to first complete the Forest Home Medical Form.
Although we do not guarantee roommate requests, we will do our best to accommodate at least one per registration. No more than two requests will be accepted. Please check if your child's friends are going to camp before requesting them as a roommate.
I hereby authorize the participation of the above-named child in activities at Grace Community Church. In consideration of Grace Community Church providing these activities, I, on behalf of myself and the other parents and guardians of the minor, do hereby release Grace Community Church, its officers, employees, agents, and members of the Board of Elders from all claims and causes of action by reason of any injury which may be sustained as a result of these church activities, whether on the church premises or on the way to or from these activities. I agree to direct my child to cooperate and to conform with directions and instructions of personnel of the organization in charge of these activities.
I hereby give my permission to the physician, nurse, or dentist selected by Grace Community Church to secure medical or dental aid as required for illness or injury under a physician’s orders, including transportation to and from the necessary facilities. As a participant, I understand Grace Community Church is not obligated to carry any insurance to cover those medical and/or dental expenses. If such insurance is carried, coverage will be provided only for expenses in excess of the limits of the participant’s insurance. I understand that my personal insurance is my primary coverage.
I authorize the use of the following generic, over-the-counter medications as directed by the labels provided by the manufacturer for my child: analgesics, decongestants, antihistamines, cough suppressant and/or expectorants, throat lozenges or spray, anti-nausea/diarrhea, epi-pen, antacid, antibiotic ointment, hydrocortisone cream, burn cream, petroleum jelly, chapped skin/lip treatment, antiseptic skin and wound cleansers, ipecac, glucose, laxatives, electrolyte replacement fluids, analgesic balms and gels.
I understand that these are stocked and dispensed by the First Aid personnel free of charge as needed for the comfort of my child.
Cost through November 23 will be $295. It will go up to $340 after November 23.
