This event was held in the spring of 2009 and focused on the transformation that takes place when women trust God and truly embrace the biblical principles for how to live. Pam Hardy was the keynote speaker and there were five different electives that covered various topics in our spiritual walk, from prerequisites to motherhood, to living by faith in the midst of trials, to a biblical perspective of singleness.
Scripture is filled with admonitions and assurances related to intentionally trusting Him, and this was an opportunity to build up Christian women to remain hopeful and trusting while waiting expectantly for the perfect plan of our Almighty God to unfold.
Women’s Ministries at Grace Church exist to encourage women to worship our Savior and Lord Jesus Christ through the study and application of Scripture and the deepening of relationships with other women for fellowship and accountability.
We do this through a variety of Bible studies that meet at church or in women’s homes throughout the Los Angeles area. Whether you are single, a mom with children at home, a widow, or anywhere in between, you will see that whatever your situation—in any and every season of life—there is a spiritual home and sweet fellowship for you here at our church.

Pam Hardy was born and raised in a Christian home in Houston, Texas. She met her husband, Carey, while she was pursuing a degree in nursing at the University of Houston, and they were married in 1976. They moved to the Los Angeles area in 1990 for Carey to attend The Master’s Seminary, and stayed in California for sixteen years, ministering in various capacities while Carey was a pastor on staff at Grace Community Church. In 2006, they moved to Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where Carey now serves as the senior pastor of Twin City Bible Church. The Hardys have four adult children.
One of Pam’s greatest joys is studying the Word of God and imparting its truth to other women. For several years she taught in the track for wives at the annual Shepherds’ Conference at Grace Community Church. Today, Pam continues to periodically speak at retreats and conferences for women.
