Clayton Erb

After coordinating and overseeing our Sunday services, concerts, and special events for 41 years, Clayton retired from his role as Minister of Music at Grace Community Church in Fall 2020. He began his music ministry in his teen years, serving as pianist and organist for Bible conferences, radio and television programs, and traveling musical groups. After concluding his traveling ministry, he became minister of music at Gilead Baptist Church in Detroit, Michigan; First Baptist Church of Eugene, Oregon (with John MacArthur’s father, Dr. Jack MacArthur); and Westminster Chapel in Bellevue, Washington. Clayton's musical skills include choral conducting, composing, arranging, playing keyboard, and vocal coaching. He studied at the University of Pennsylvania and took private instruction in music at Temple University and King's College, Briarcliff, New York.

Dr. Bill Brandenstein is Minister of Music at Grace Community Church in Los Angeles, where he has served since 2000.  His passion is to magnify the Lord and make His truth unforgettable by marrying it with musical artistry.

He considers it the ultimate privilege to lead the congregation in praise to the Lord, also directing the Worship Choir, ensembles, other vocalists, and orchestra. Holding a B.S. in Bible and B.Mus. from Cairn University, an M.Mus. from Temple University, and a D.M.A. from the University of Southern California, he has served as a music pastor in various churches since his undergraduate years.

Bill has composed, arranged, and orchestrated numerous piano and choral pieces, and served as a recording engineer for various recordings and broadcasts. Additionally, he has taught as adjunct faculty at The Master’s University and The Master’s Seminary.
